- Reservations are fully refundable If you chose not to proceed upon viewing.
- A viewing must be made else the reservation fee is non-refundable.
- Reservations are non refundable once a commitment to proceed has been made after viewing.
- Reservations are valid for up to 7 days
- Contact must be made within 48 hours after the reservation.
- We reserve the right to charge any additional preparation costs requested by the customer upon cancellation.
