- Reservations are fully refundable if you choose not to proceed upon viewing.
- A viewing must be made, else the reservation fee is non-refundable.
- Reservations are non-refundable once a commitment to proceed has been confirmed following a viewing, at which point the deposit shall be deemed part payment.
- Reservations are valid for up to 7 days.
